The XRP Ledger Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to supporting and expanding the XRP Ledger, has released a major redesign of its official website, xrpl.org. The update features a streamlined structure and improved navigation, aiming to enhance accessibility for institutions, developers, community participants, and newcomers interested in the XRP ecosystem.
Key changes to xrpl.org
The Foundation announced the launch in a recent X (Twitter) post, noting that the refreshed site offers clearer pathways to learn about XRP Ledger technology and its applications. The update introduces more intuitive access to resources, such as documentation, tutorials, XRPL fundamentals, code libraries, and a specialized learning portal.
Developers can now more easily find technical guides and references, while institutions and businesses benefit from organized use cases spanning payment solutions, tokenization, and digital asset trading. The redesign is intended to consolidate educational materials and real-world application examples under one accessible platform.
The new xrpl.org design emphasizes education, providing up-to-date information for institutions, developers, and community members who rely on the site for authoritative resources about XRP Ledger and its technology.
Crypto researcher Hussein Zangana, known as Vet, commented on the significance of the upgrade, describing the revamped xrpl.org as a vital pillar for both education and information. Vet pointed out that many institutions and projects, including the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) and even the Google Quantum research team, regularly reference xrpl.org in their studies and reports. The redesign aims to meet these needs by offering a cleaner, more streamlined experience for all visitors.

XRPL amendments and new scorecard dashboard
In a separate development, the XRP Ledger Foundation has rolled out a live amendment scorecard, offering the community greater transparency on proposed protocol changes. Each amendment—an upgrade or change suggested for the XRP Ledger—undergoes review and validator voting before it is integrated into the mainnet.
Foundation CTO Denis Angell explained that every new XRPL feature is introduced as an amendment and, once agreed upon, becomes a permanent part of the protocol. He emphasized the need for “real evidence” that any new feature has been fully exercised on the devnet, rather than evaluated only in isolated test environments.
The scorecard automatically examines each amendment’s full specification, directly accessing the network node to review everything from transaction types and ledgers to flags and result codes, enabling the Foundation to monitor and score the testing of every feature on devnet.
This automated dashboard ensures a comprehensive analysis of each proposed amendment, with all field specifications drawn straight from the node. The tool observes activity on the devnet and evaluates every aspect before mainnet deployment, enhancing confidence in each update’s reliability.

Industry adoption and recent milestones
Recently, the Bank for International Settlements referenced the XRP Ledger’s devnet in a research paper, noting its immutable and publicly verifiable characteristics. BIS, a major global financial institution supporting central banks, used XRPL’s features in trials examining blockchain use cases in international finance.
In addition to the new site and dashboard, the XRP Ledger has processed over 3 million agentic transactions, marking a significant operational milestone for the network. The Foundation aims to further boost community engagement and trust with these updates.
