08:59 AM EDT, 09/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Toro (TTC) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $1.33 per diluted share, up from $1.24 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.31. Net sales for the quarter ended July 31 were $1.23 billion, up from $1.13 billion a year earlier. Analysts expected $1.19 billion. The company raised its fiscal 2026 guidance and now expects adjusted EPS to be in a range of $4.60 to $4.65, up from its prior outlook of $4.50 to $4.62. Analysts expect $4.61. Full-year net sales growth is now expected in a range of 6.3% to 6.6%, up from 4% to 6.5% previously. Analysts expect $4.76 billion. Shares of Toro were up 1.4 in premarket activity Thursday.
