The three major U.S. stock indexes closed collectively lower, the Dow fell 1.09%, the Nasdaq fell 0.84%, the S&P 500 index fell 0.95%, most of the popular technology stocks fell, Tesla, Intel fell more than 2%, Apple fell more than 1%, Nvidia rose more than 2%.
