Argentine lawyer calls for arrest of crypto entrepreneur linked to Libra scandal

this week, the scandal of Libra cryptocurrency that shocked the Argentine political scene entered a new stage after Argentine lawyer Gregorio Dalbon officially requested the international community to detain Hayden Davis. The request was submitted to Chief Prosecutor Eduardo Taiano and Judge María Servini on Tuesday, requesting Interpol to issue a red notice for the detention and extradition of Davis from the United States.

Dalbon previously served as the acting lawyer for former Argentine President Cristina Fernandez in a corruption case, and he did not immediately respond to Decrypt's multiple requests for comments. Decrypt's request to Davis' lawyer also went unanswered.
