Hong Kong-listed company Yili Holdings announces expansion into Web3.0 business
According to a report by Jinse Finance, a notice from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that Hong Kong-listed company Yili Holdings Limited (HK0076) has announced the signing of an agreement to issue convertible bonds worth HKD 19.95 million. The funds raised will be used to develop its Web3.0 business.
