Elon Musk's xAI accuses rival OpenAI of stealing trade secrets
Jinse Finance reported that, according to a lawsuit filed on September 24 local time, Elon Musk's artificial intelligence startup xAI has sued its competitor OpenAI in a federal court in California, accusing it of stealing trade secrets to gain an unfair advantage in the artificial intelligence technology race. The lawsuit claims that OpenAI has a "deeply troubling practice" of poaching former xAI employees to obtain trade secrets related to the AI chatbot Grok.
