Valkyrie, Invesco and other Bitcoin spot ETF applicants have submitted S-1 update documents
Valkyrie, Invesco, BlackRock, ARK 21Shares, VanEck and WisdomTree have submitted Bitcoin spot ETF S-1 update documents. The expense ratio for Valkyrie ETF is 0.8%; the expense ratio for Invesco ETF is 0.59%, free for the first 6 months; the expense ratio for BlackRock ETF is 0.3%; the expense ratio for ARK 21Shares ETF is 0.8%; and the fee standard for VanEck ETF is 0.25%. Previously, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) required ETF issuers to submit S-1 amendments by today at 8 a.m local time.
According to previous reports from Foresight News, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart tweeted that Valkyrie has met with SEC to discuss Bitcoin spot ETFs.
