Chief Legal Officer of Variant Fund: Legal issues make it more likely that the Ethereum spot ETF will be rejected in May
Variant Fund's Chief Legal Officer Jake Chervinsky stated that legal issues make it more likely for the Ethereum ETF spot to be rejected in May than the general sentiment.
He expressed, "I'm not saying that the spot Ethereum ETF won't be approved before May 23. I'm just saying that the legal issues and policy environment in Washington D.C. make rejection (or SEC requesting withdrawal) more likely than the general sentiment."
