SEC and Terraform Labs will debate on the compensation plan on May 22nd
PANews reported on May 1st that, according to Cointelegraph, in documents filed with the Southern District Court of New York on April 29th, Judge Jed Rakoff of the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York stated that lawyers for SEC, Kwon, and Terraform should appear in court on May 22nd to debate the compensation plan.
Earlier reports indicated that lawyers for Terraform Labs proposed a maximum fine of $1 million in the SEC lawsuit case without pursuing recovery.
