CryptoQuant Analyst: This is the largest long position liquidation in the past year
CryptoQuant analyst SignalQuant stated that the recent BTC price plunge has dealt a severe blow to long position holders. The scale of this liquidation is the largest in the past year, and we estimate that the squeeze on long positions was also quite significant. However, we cannot easily conclude that "the market will rebound after experiencing large-scale liquidations". Because between August and October 2023, there were several months of adjustment before prices rebounded. Therefore, it is suggested that investors maintain an attitude of "temporarily reducing greed and being more conservative" when investing.
