Bitcoin balance at the "German Government" address has been depleted, and it's all being transferred out.

On July 13th, Arkham monitored that the "German Government" address has run out of Bitcoin and has just sent 3846.05 BTC (approximately $223.81 million) to Flow Traders and 139Po, a possible institutional deposit/over-the-counter (OTC) trading service. The current bitcoin balance in the address is 0.
