CryptoQuant Founder: Bitcoin strategic reserves can "offset U.S. debt"
On December 22, Ki Young Ju, the founder of CryptoQuant, stated that the United States could strategically accumulate Bitcoin (BTC) to address some debt issues. Young Ju believes that establishing a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve (SBR) to offset part of U.S. debt is feasible. Considering that U.S. debt includes both domestic and foreign-held debts, Young Ju suggested that the U.S. could acquire about 1 million Bitcoins. This strategic accumulation should span from now until 2050. He explained that this money can be used to offset its 36% of domestic debt which means it could pay off 70% of US debts.
