TON Foundation Director Founds Venture Capital Fund TVM Ventures, Initial Capital 100 million USD

On February 3rd, according to relevant reports, Steve Yun, former president and current director of TON Foundation, announced that he had founded venture capital fund TVM Ventures in November 2024, with an initial scale of $100 million.
The fund funds come from Yun himself and a TON miner, focusing on investing in DeFi and payment finance projects within the TON ecosystem. Currently, it has invested in four projects including Factorial and Torch Finance. Yun expects that with the launch of tgBTC bridging and DeFi incentive plan in Q2 2025, the TON ecosystem will experience significant growth.
