Pakistan will establish a committee to oversee the formulation of cryptocurrency policies
According to CoinDesk, Pakistan will establish a national cryptocurrency committee responsible for legislating for the industry. This decision was made after meeting with President Donald Trump's digital asset advisor.
The committee will be a dedicated advisory body composed of government representatives, regulators, and industry experts. The committee will be responsible for formulating regulatory policies and cooperating with other countries to promote the establishment of standardized frameworks, according to a statement from the Pakistani Ministry of Finance.
