U.S. Officials Hint: Most Tariffs Will Remain Unchanged
On April 15, according to Bloomberg, there has been little progress between EU and U.S. officials in resolving trade disputes.
U.S. officials suggested that most tariffs will remain unchanged. After a two-hour meeting, EU Trade Commissioner Maros Sefcovic is still unclear on U.S. intentions. The "reciprocal" tariff policy and other tariffs targeting industries including automotive and metal will not be immediately lifted.
