Acting CFTC Chair Caroline Pham to Step Down After New Chair Confirmation
FOX Business reporter Eleanor Terrett posted on platform X stating that CFTC Acting Chair Caroline Pham will leave her position later this year to return to the private sector. Pham confirmed at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) annual meeting on Thursday that she will officially step down once Brian Quintenz is confirmed as CFTC Chair.
