Apple's newly established "Answers" team is developing a ChatGPT competitor
According to Jinse Finance, Apple has established a new "Answers" team that is developing a simplified competitor to ChatGPT to help users access global knowledge. Apple has recently posted job openings for this team on its recruitment website. The job listings state: "Our work provides intuitive information experiences for some of Apple's most iconic products, including Siri, Spotlight, Safari, Messages, Lookup, and more. Join us and help shape the future of how the world connects with information!" Several positions specifically require experience in search algorithms and engine development. While the final product may still take some time, the direction is clear: a simplified, Apple-developed search tool similar to ChatGPT is on the way.
