according to Caixin website, the co-defendant Qian Zhimin and Seng Hok Ling (phonetic: Lin Chengfu) have also pleaded guilty in court. As a result, the sentencing date for Qian and Lin is set for November 10th and 11th, 2025. According to Caixin website, co-defendant Seng Hok Ling is not a first-time offender and has previously been imprisoned in Hong Kong for fraud.
