According to Jinse Finance, on-chain analyst Ai Yi (@ai_9684xtpa) monitored that a certain hacker purchased 9,191.7 ETH this morning across 4 addresses, worth $38.13 million, with an average cost of $4,148.95. This hacker received funds on March 28 and previously made a profit of $2.04 million in August by buying low and selling high with ETH.
