CyberLeek (CYBERLEEK), the Solana meme coin that exploded alongside the recent wave of Grand Theft Auto VI leaks, is suddenly moving in the opposite direction. After gaining more than 1,400% during the peak of the GTA 6 leak frenzy, CYBERLEEK has suffered a steep sell-off, wiping out much of its recent rally.

On August 27, CYBERLEEK fell nearly 70% over a 24-hour period at one point. The token traded around $0.0068 during the sell-off, leaving it roughly 71% below its August 23 all-time high of $0.03436. Its market capitalization also dropped to around $5 million, compared with more than $20 million at the peak.

Prices remain highly volatile. A later CoinGecko snapshot showed CYBERLEEK around $0.0102, down approximately 42.8% over 24 hours, with a market capitalization of roughly $7.45 million. The wide swings underline just how quickly sentiment is changing around the GTA 6-inspired meme coin.

So, why is CyberLeek crashing today? There does not appear to be one single trigger. Instead, aggressive profit-taking, fading GTA 6 leak hype, growing legal pressure and Rockstar's official GTA 6 reveal are all hitting the narrative that originally pushed CYBERLEEK higher.

CyberLeek (CYBERLEEK) Price Crashes After Explosive Rally

CYBERLEEK's rise was extremely fast.

The token began trading around mid-August, shortly before the CyberLeek account started circulating alleged GTA 6 gameplay footage. As the leaks spread across gaming communities and social media, traders began piling into the associated meme coin.

CYBERLEEK reportedly surged more than 1,400% during the height of the frenzy, while its market capitalization climbed above $20 million. The token eventually reached an all-time high of approximately $0.03436 on August 23, 2026.

But momentum has reversed just as quickly.

CoinGecko data shows how dramatic the move has been. CYBERLEEK traded as low as roughly $0.0090 during the latest 24-hour period, compared with a high above $0.021. Its all-time high remains $0.03436, meaning the token has already lost around 70% of its value from the peak.

The surprising part is not simply that CYBERLEEK crashed. Meme coins frequently experience sharp corrections after parabolic rallies.

What makes this sell-off more interesting is when it happened.

CyberLeek continued publishing major GTA 6 material, yet those releases were no longer enough to keep the token moving higher.

Why Is CyberLeek (CYBERLEEK) Crashing Today?

Several factors appear to be hitting CYBERLEEK at the same time.

1. Traders Are Taking Profits After a 1,400% Rally

The simplest explanation is profit-taking.

CYBERLEEK had already delivered enormous short-term gains before the crash. Traders who bought near the beginning of the rally were sitting on returns of several hundred or even more than 1,000 percent.

When a small meme coin rises that quickly, even a modest wave of selling can create significant downside pressure. Once the rally begins to reverse, momentum traders may also exit their positions, creating a cycle of falling prices and further selling.

This is especially important for CYBERLEEK because its rise was driven largely by viral attention surrounding the GTA 6 leaks rather than traditional fundamentals such as revenue, protocol usage or cash flows.

In other words, the same speculation that sent CYBERLEEK higher can also pull it down extremely quickly.

2. The GTA 6 Leak Hype May Be Losing Its Power

This may be the biggest warning sign for CYBERLEEK.

On August 26, CyberLeek released a roughly five-minute clip reportedly showing part of a Lucia-focused GTA 6 prologue. It was described as one of the most significant story-related leaks released during the campaign.

Normally, another major GTA 6 leak might have been expected to create fresh attention around CYBERLEEK.

Instead, the price continued falling.

That reaction suggests the relationship between new leak → more attention → higher CYBERLEEK price may be weakening.

Earlier leaks were novel. Each new piece of GTA 6 footage attracted huge attention because official gameplay remained scarce. But after days of leaked driving, combat, locations, characters and other gameplay footage, traders may simply be becoming less surprised by each new release.

For CYBERLEEK, that creates a difficult situation. The project depends heavily on attention surrounding CyberLeek and GTA 6. If bigger leaks stop generating bigger buying waves, the token may need a new catalyst to regain momentum.

3. Rockstar and Take-Two Are Increasing Legal Pressure

The CyberLeek story has also moved beyond online speculation.

Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar Games' parent company, has taken legal steps aimed at identifying those responsible for distributing unauthorized GTA 6 material.

Court requests sought subpoenas involving Microsoft and Discord, with additional requests involving Google and X. The filings seek information connected to alleged copyright infringement and the identities behind the leaked material.

This adds another layer of uncertainty for CYBERLEEK.

Unlike a typical meme coin built around an internet joke or character, CYBERLEEK's main narrative is directly connected to continued access to highly anticipated, unreleased GTA 6 content.

If legal action makes it harder for CyberLeek to distribute new footage, one of the token's primary sources of attention could weaken.

The project's own website has also faced disruption. BeInCrypto reported that the site's takedown contributed additional pressure during the latest CYBERLEEK sell-off.

4. Rockstar Has Finally Responded to the GTA 6 Leaks

Another major development came on August 26.

After days of unauthorized footage appearing online, Rockstar Games publicly addressed the GTA 6 leaks for the first time, describing the situation as "heartbreaking" for its development team. The company nevertheless said development was "nearly there" and confirmed that its planned Extended Look would continue as scheduled.

That matters for CYBERLEEK because it changes the balance of attention.

For much of the past week, CyberLeek had something Rockstar did not: a steady stream of new gameplay footage.

That scarcity helped turn every new leak into an event.

Now Rockstar itself is preparing to release substantial official GTA 6 material.

5. The Official GTA 6 Reveal Could Reduce the "Leak Premium"

Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look is scheduled to debut on Netflix on August 27 at 3 p.m. ET, before becoming available on YouTube six hours later. GTA 6 itself remains scheduled for release on November 19, 2026.

This timing could be important for CYBERLEEK.

The token benefited from a simple narrative: CyberLeek had GTA 6 footage that fans could not officially see anywhere else.

But once Rockstar begins releasing more gameplay itself, unofficial footage may become less valuable as an attention generator.

That does not necessarily mean people will stop following CyberLeek. Leaks can still attract enormous interest, particularly if they reveal content Rockstar has not shown.

However, traders now have to ask a different question:

How valuable is the CyberLeek narrative once official GTA 6 gameplay is widely available?

The market may already be attempting to price in that change.

What Happened With the Latest GTA 6 Leak?

The timing of the crash makes the latest leak particularly interesting.

CyberLeek began circulating GTA 6 gameplay clips around August 18. Earlier footage reportedly showed driving, aircraft, stores, clubs, combat and different areas of the game's Leonida setting.

The videos also directly connected the leaks with CYBERLEEK. Some included QR codes pointing viewers toward the token, while token transfers were reportedly used as a way for holders to vote on which footage should be released next.

Then came the August 26 leak.

CyberLeek released around five minutes of footage related to Lucia's prologue, taking the campaign beyond short gameplay demonstrations and into potential story spoilers.

It looked like exactly the type of catalyst that previously could have pushed CYBERLEEK higher.

Instead, the token plunged.

That may be one of the clearest signals that speculative momentum has changed.

The story is no longer simply "CyberLeek releases GTA 6 footage, CYBERLEEK goes up."

Now traders are questioning how long the hype can continue.

What Is CyberLeek (CYBERLEEK)?

CyberLeek (CYBERLEEK) is a Solana-based meme coin associated with the CyberLeek identity behind a series of alleged GTA 6 gameplay leaks.

The token reportedly began trading around August 15, shortly before the first major CyberLeek gameplay footage appeared publicly on August 18.

Unlike many meme coins built mainly around an image, joke or online community, CYBERLEEK gained attention through its direct connection to one of the biggest gaming stories of 2026.

Videos promoting the leaks included references to the cryptocurrency, while the community could reportedly use CYBERLEEK to influence which content would appear next.

That unusual combination of GTA 6 hype, leaked gameplay, meme-coin speculation and viral social-media attention helped CYBERLEEK attract traders in a very short period.

However, CYBERLEEK remains a meme coin. It is not an official GTA 6, Rockstar Games or Take-Two cryptocurrency, and its market value remains heavily dependent on speculation and community attention.

From 1,400% Rally to Crash: How CYBERLEEK Got Here

CYBERLEEK's entire boom-and-bust cycle has developed in less than two weeks.

  • August 15: CYBERLEEK reportedly begins trading.

  • August 18: CyberLeek begins circulating GTA 6 gameplay footage.

  • August 20-23: The leaks spread rapidly and CYBERLEEK attracts growing speculative demand.

  • August 23: CYBERLEEK reaches an all-time high of approximately $0.03436.

  • Peak hype: Short-term gains surpass 1,400%, while market capitalization climbs above $20 million.

  • August 26: CyberLeek releases a major Lucia prologue leak.

  • August 26: Rockstar officially responds to the leaks.

  • August 27: CYBERLEEK falls sharply, dropping nearly 60% over 24 hours at one snapshot and trading roughly 70% below its ATH.

  • August 27: Rockstar's official GTA 6 Extended Look is scheduled to premiere.

Few crypto stories demonstrate the speed of meme-coin speculation as clearly as CYBERLEEK. In only days, it moved from an obscure token to a viral GTA 6 trade, then entered an equally dramatic correction.

Is the CYBERLEEK Crash a Rug Pull?

A nearly 70% collapse naturally raises the question: Is CYBERLEEK a rug pull?

At this stage, there is not enough verified evidence to conclude that the latest price crash itself was caused by a rug pull.

No confirmed smart-contract exploit or single developer liquidity withdrawal has been established as the primary reason for the sell-off.

Instead, the visible market catalysts include profit-taking following an enormous rally, weakening response to new GTA 6 leaks, website disruption and mounting legal uncertainty surrounding the leak campaign.

There are still important risks to consider.

CoinGecko currently displays a warning sourced from Rugcheck stating that the token creator may retain permissions capable of modifying certain contract characteristics, including metadata, fees, selling restrictions or minting-related settings. Investors should therefore approach the token with caution.

That warning does not prove those permissions caused the current crash, but it highlights the elevated risks associated with trading a very young meme coin.

Can CyberLeek (CYBERLEEK) Recover?

A CYBERLEEK recovery is still possible, but it would likely require attention and buying momentum to return.

Potential catalysts include:

  • Another major GTA 6 leak that captures widespread attention

  • Renewed interest from gaming and meme-coin communities

  • A sharp increase in trading volume

  • Buyers treating the sell-off as an opportunity

  • New developments surrounding the CyberLeek campaign

  • A broader recovery across speculative meme coins

At the same time, the downside risks remain substantial.

Continued legal action could disrupt future leaks. Rockstar's official gameplay releases could reduce demand for unofficial footage. Early holders may continue taking profits, while weaker liquidity could amplify both upward and downward moves.

Most importantly, CYBERLEEK still lacks the type of fundamental valuation framework that investors can apply to established crypto networks.

Its biggest asset is attention.

That can produce extraordinary rallies when the narrative is hot, but it can disappear just as quickly when traders move on.

Conclusion: Is the CYBERLEEK Hype Over?

CyberLeek has gone from one of crypto's hottest GTA 6 trades to one of its sharpest corrections in a matter of days. After climbing more than 1,400% and reaching an all-time high of $0.03436 on August 23, CYBERLEEK has now fallen roughly 70% from that peak, while its market capitalization has dropped sharply from above $20 million.

The most important signal may not be the size of the crash itself. It is the fact that one of CyberLeek's biggest GTA 6 leaks arrived and CYBERLEEK still went down. That suggests the leak-driven hype cycle may be losing momentum.

Still, this is a highly speculative meme coin tied to one of the biggest entertainment releases of 2026, so volatility is unlikely to disappear. Rockstar's official GTA 6 Extended Look, future CyberLeek activity and whether buyers return after the sell-off could determine whether this is simply a brutal correction or the beginning of the end of the CYBERLEEK rally.
