Starknet opens vote for migrating v0.13.0 testnet to mainnet
Starknet opened the v0.13.0 testnet migration vote on the governance platform, and the vote will end on January 8th at 20:00 (UTC+8).
The main content of this upgrade is to add V3 transaction types, which is intended to enable the Starknet network to support some future feature upgrades, such as adding STRK as a gas token outside of ETH.
