Bill Gross Suggests Fed Stop Tapering and Cut Rates to Avoid Recession
Bill Gross, the king of debt, has suggested that the Federal Reserve stop tapering now and start cutting interest rates in the coming months to avoid the economy falling into a recession. Gross said that continuing quantitative tightening at this point in time is not the right philosophy or policy. He also added that the Fed should cut rates in the next six to 12 months because real rates are too high.
