Optimism will suspend ETH withdrawals for one hour on February 15 to test its upgraded incident response system. This test will not affect deposits and transactions from the mainnet to Layer2.
The upgraded system will support on-chain suspension of ETH withdrawals and allow token and NFT withdrawals to be suspended within the Superchain scope. This upgrade aims to enhance the security and collective intelligence of the Optimism ecosystem.
