Data: Three institutions have withdrawn over 22,000 ETH from CEX

According to The Data Nerd's monitoring, several institutions have made large withdrawals of Ethereum from exchanges in the past hour:
- Amber Group withdrew 2092 Ethereum from Binance, equivalent to about 6.57 million USD.
- Matrixport withdrew 16300 Ethereum from Binance, equivalent to about 51.1 million USD.
- Wintermute withdrew 3940 Ethereum from FalconX, equivalent to about 12.32 million USD.
