The deadline for Biden to make a final decision on the resolution to abolish SAB 121 has been extended to June 3rd
Cody Carbone, the Chief Policy Officer of The Digital Chamber, stated on platform X that there is an update regarding the progress of SAB 121 (Crypto Accounting Policy): We have received confirmation that it was not until last night that the U.S. Congress sent H.J Res 109, a resolution to repeal SAB 121, to Biden. This changes the deadline of 10 days. The President of the United States currently has a time window until June 3rd to decide whether or not to veto this resolution (a total of 10 days excluding Sundays).
