Nym CEO Condemns Dutch Court’s 64-Month Sentence Against Tornado Cash Developer
Nym CEO Harry Halpin criticized the 64-month sentence given to Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev by a Dutch court, calling it "fundamentally unfair and unreasonable." He pointed out that Pertsev's sentence was due to someone in North Korea using the software he developed, which is disproportionate punishment.
