Bloomberg ETF Analyst Eric Balchunas says 21Shares is currently running spot ethereum ETFs on its own and ARK has been removed from the file and name, but they are still a partner in bitcoin and futures ETFs. And there are no fees for any new S-1s. The fee war is on hold for now.
