According to Arkham data, the wallet address marked as "German Government" withdrew a total of 1118 BTC (approximately 64.71 million USD) from addresses such as CEX this morning, including: 710 BTC withdrawn from CEX and a total of 408 BTC withdrawn from three unmarked addresses.
