Neutron V4 upgrade is expected to be carried out at 22:30 tonight

Neutron, the cross-chain smart contract platform of Cosmos, announced on X platform that the Neutron V4 upgrade proposal has been successfully passed. The upgrade will take place at block height 12255555 and is expected to occur on July 10th at 22:30 Beijing time. During the upgrade period, it is expected that the network will be offline while validators complete the upgrade.
