DeFi platform Step Finance acquires stock tokenization company Moose Capital
DeFi platform Step Finance has acquired early-stage startup Moose Capital, which specializes in tokenizing traditional stocks, allowing users to directly buy and sell stocks of companies such as Nvidia and Tesla on the Solana blockchain. In addition to acquiring Moose Capital's product (planned to be renamed Remora Markets), Step Finance has also absorbed the startup's team and regulatory license, preparing for a listing in the first quarter of 2025.
