Kaspa Network TPS Boost Route Exposure, Target 100 BPS

On February 11th, Kaspa officially announced its latest plan to improve transaction processing speed. The current network speed is 1 BPS (Block Per Second), and it is expected to increase to 10 BPS after the hard fork upgrade in April. The ultimate goal is to achieve 100 BPS after the Crescendo hard fork, providing stronger support for high-frequency trading, DeFi, and enterprise-level applications.

According to the official KaspaSpeed data, the current block generation speed of Kaspa far exceeds that of Bitcoin and some PoS networks. Combined with its DAG structure and PoW mechanism, it provides faster confirmation time while being decentralized.

This feature makes Kaspa more competitive in on-chain payments, decentralized applications, and high-concurrency demand scenarios.

With the continuous enhancement of network expansion capabilities, Kaspa's ecological potential is also being continuously released. In the future, it is worth paying attention to its application landing in the fields of cross-chain payment, Layer 2 interoperability, and high-throughput DeFi.
