ZachXBT: UK cybercrime penalties are low and law enforcement resources are insufficient

Blockchain detective ZachXBT stated that the UK has relatively low penalties for cybercrime, and even if scams are reported, criminals often do not face substantial punishment. In addition, law enforcement agencies also face issues of resource shortages when dealing with such cases.
