The liquidation of U.S. Treasury arbitrage triggers market panic, and BTC bulls may face massive liquidation at 73,800-74,400 USD
PANews reported on April 9th, according to CoinDesk, as the US bond market is hit by a wave of "Basis Trade" liquidations, the yield on 10-year US Treasury bonds has soared to 4.5%, and that of 30-year bonds is approaching 5%. The increasing market liquidity tension has put significant pressure on risk assets. Analysis company Hyblock warns that if BTC falls into the $73,800-74,400 range, it will trigger a large-scale forced liquidation of long leveraged positions and exacerbate downward volatility. Hyblock also pointed out that support below is around $70,000; if this level breaks down it could trigger more stop losses and liquidations.
