U.S. Official: Talks with Ukraine Productive but Major Differences Remain
According to Jinse, Kellogg, U.S. Special Envoy for Ukraine Affairs, stated after hours of meeting with Ukrainian and European officials in London that he found the current round of talks on the Ukraine issue to be "frank, positive, and productive." However, another senior U.S. official noted that significant differences remain between the U.S. and Ukraine over the framework and timeline proposed by the U.S. to end the conflict.
