PANews reported on May 28 that according to Cointelegraph, Ohio gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy stated at the Bitcoin 2025 conference that if elected as Ohio governor, he would "integrate financial literacy into the state's public education," including "Bitcoin education."
