Vitalik: Dual governance is not perfect but can solve important problems

 Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin said that although dual governance is not perfect, it can solve important problems. He pointed out that dual governance provides an additional independent defense layer to prevent the system from taking particularly harmful actions; at the same time, it clearly allows Ethereum users to participate as stakeholders, rather than relying solely on informal "atmosphere"-based "consensus".
