Nick Tomaino, founder of 1confirmation, posted on X that a certain exchange now holds over $335 million worth of ETH on its balance sheet, and predicts that other institutions, including exchanges, will follow this allocation strategy. He believes that although it is still early, competition among ETH Layer2 solutions has already begun.
