According to a report by Jinse Finance, on-chain data tracking service Whale Alert has detected that at around 11:47 AM (GMT+8), a dormant address containing 10,000 BTC (worth $1,092,973,486) was just activated after 14.3 years of inactivity (the value in 2011 was $7,793).

According to CME FedWatch: There is a 34.6% probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged by September, and a 65.4% probability of a cumulative 25 basis points rate hike. By October, there is a 25.4% probability that rates will remain unchanged, a 57.2% chance of a cumulative 25 basis points hike, and a 17.4% chance of a cumulative 50 basis points hike.
