Investors Pull Back Rate Cut Bets After Powell’s Press Conference
According to a report by Jinse Finance, following the Federal Reserve's decision and Jerome Powell's press conference, investors have slightly reduced their bets on interest rate cuts. The CME FedWatch Tool shows that the futures market now sees a 42% probability of one or fewer rate cuts by the end of the year, up from 35% on Tuesday. The implied probability of two or more rate cuts has decreased.
