On-chain AI development platform Dreamscape to launch on Base

Foresight News reports that the on-chain AI development platform Dreamscape will launch on Base. This system is built on Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI, allowing users to deploy functional smart contract applications without writing code, thereby reducing the technical complexity of on-chain development.

Dreamscape will also utilize the Space and Time Web3 network, which is backed by Microsoft’s venture capital arm M12, Framework Ventures, and others. Space and Time is a decentralized database designed to address trust and scalability challenges in blockchain applications by using zero-knowledge proofs to verify both on-chain and off-chain data.
