US Treasury Secretary: Tariff Revenues Will Be Used to Repay National Debt and Reduce the Deficit-to-GDP Ratio
According to a report by Jinse Finance, U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessent stated that tariff revenues will rise significantly from this year’s $300 billion, and the tariff income will be used to pay down U.S. debt and reduce the deficit-to-GDP ratio.
