Delin Holdings has subscribed for equity in Asseto and shares in Pangu Software, and plans to launch an RWA digital asset platform.
ChainCatcher News, Hong Kong-listed company Deli Holdings released a supplementary announcement today, disclosing its subscription of equity in Asseto Holding Limited, as well as the group's managed fund subscribing for shares in Pangu Software Pte Ltd.
Deli Holdings stated that after the Asseto equity subscription transaction, the valuation reached 40 million US dollars, with holdings of 77,352 Class A common shares. The subscription amount for Pangu Software Pte Ltd was 1 million US dollars. Both parties will jointly build a digital asset platform covering tokenized assets in both the virtual and real worlds.
