Kaito founder apologizes for ZKC token distribution issue, will provide 120% gas fee refund
Foresight News reported that the founder of Kaito posted on X, apologizing to users for three major issues during the initial Boundless ZKC token distribution: delayed arrivals, soaring gas fees, and wallet loading failures. He stated that the team will provide a 120% gas fee refund to all users who have withdrawn or traded, and offer additional gas credits to participants who have not yet taken action, all of which can be claimed on Base. In the future, the team will gradually migrate to embedded wallets to support private key export, thereby addressing gas and loading issues, and will optimize the claiming process and partner selection to prevent similar incidents from happening again.

The Federal Reserve has become a "follower" of the market
CITIC Securities pointed out that the real focus of the July FOMC meeting is the new policy framework outlined by the Walsh system: the Federal Reserve will no longer provide a clear policy path, but instead allow market interest rates to serve as the main tool for adjusting financial conditions, thereby downplaying its own role as a “put option.” In the future, the trigger for rate hikes will depend on new inflation indicators or evidence of inflation spreading; until then, interest rates are likely to remain unchanged.
