Crypto-friendly bank Nubank announces application for U.S. banking license
Jinse Finance reported that the crypto-friendly bank Nubank has announced it has applied for a banking license from the US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), aiming to explore banking operations in the United States. If approved, the bank will be able to offer deposit accounts, credit cards, loans, and digital asset custody services in the US market. It is reported that Nubank launched a cryptocurrency transfer feature last year, allowing users to send and receive crypto assets via wallets, supporting the Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana networks.
