On October 22, according to the official announcement, the Stellar network has completed the testnet upgrade to Protocol 24 today. The mainnet upgrade vote will take place at 17:00 UTC on October 22, 2025. If the vote passes, the upgrade will take effect immediately. Stellar officially urges all users running Stellar infrastructure (including Stellar Core, Horizon, RPC, or Galexie) to install the new version as soon as possible to ensure system compatibility.

According to CME FedWatch: There is a 34.6% probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged by September, and a 65.4% probability of a cumulative 25 basis points rate hike. By October, there is a 25.4% probability that rates will remain unchanged, a 57.2% chance of a cumulative 25 basis points hike, and a 17.4% chance of a cumulative 50 basis points hike.
