Aave community proposes to adjust V3 multi-chain deployment strategy by shutting down low-yield markets on zkSync, Metis, and Soneium

The proposal includes increasing the reserve factor for underperforming networks to boost revenue, shutting down low-yield markets on zkSync, Metis, and Soneium, and setting a clear annual revenue threshold of $2 million for new instance deployments.
