Sean Farrell: Still expects BTC and ETH to challenge new highs before the end of the year

Sean Farrell expects a possible rebound at the beginning of the year, a potential pullback in the first half, but still anticipates that BTC and ETH will challenge new all-time highs before the end of the year.
