Genius Group completes acquisition of Lighthouse Studios and plans to change its name

Bitcoin treasury company Genius Group Limited announced that it has completed the acquisition of Lighthouse Studios, a podcast and video production studio located in Bali, Indonesia, and plans to relaunch it under the new name Genius Studios on January 23, 2026. The transaction was completed through an asset purchase agreement, with the acquisition amount undisclosed. The seller is Monty Hooke, founder of Lighthouse Studios.
