Analysts: If Yi Lihua fulfills his promise to "buy another $1 billion," Trend Research will become the second-largest holder of ETH.
according to on-chain analyst Ai Yi, on-chain data shows that Trend Research, an institution under Yili Hua, started a new round of Ethereum accumulation in early November. It currently holds about 645,000 ETH (approximately 2.1 billion USD), becoming the third-largest Ethereum holder after Bitmine and SharpLink. Its average purchase price is $3299.43, with a current unrealized loss of about 242 million USD. If the "buy another 1 billion USD" plan is implemented, Trend Research may become the second-largest ETH holder. The main accumulation was concentrated in November, accounting for over 88%, utilizing at least 7 major addresses. If Yili Hua's commitment to "buy another 1 billion USD" is carried out, the holdings may approach 1 million ETH, surpassing SharpLink to become the second-largest ETH holder.
