Bitwise: Chainlink is one of the most undervalued infrastructure investments in the crypto space
PANews, January 21 — According to CoinDesk, Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan stated that Chainlink may be one of the most undervalued crypto assets. He described it as a key infrastructure connecting blockchains with real-world data, assets, and compliance systems, rather than just a price data oracle.
Hougan pointed out that Chainlink provides indispensable external data services for applications such as stablecoins, asset tokenization, decentralized finance, and on-chain derivatives, and has become the core middleware for the integration of traditional financial institutions and the crypto ecosystem. Institutions including SWIFT, JPMorgan, Visa, and Fidelity have all adopted its services. He believes that as stablecoins, asset tokenization, and real-world crypto adoption advance, Chainlink, as the underlying connectivity layer, will be at the center of all these trends and its importance will continue to stand out.
